Two weeks into the Manifesting Abundance Workshop at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis, and I keep finding ideas I want to incorporate into it. I already can't wait until the next time I do this, because I know it will keep getting better.
For anyone who wants to follow along at home, here was the homework for the first meeting:
~Meditate minimum of 5 min. a day.
~Keep a gratitude/synchronicity journal.
~For one day, focus your attention by noticing one thing everywhere you go, such as a certain type of car, or bird, or word or whatever grabs your attention, just notice everywhere it shows up in your day.
~Create a vision board of what it is you want to cultivate in your life.
~Connect with the source of your creativity at least once a day through art, writing, cooking or whatever creative endeavor speaks to you.
Let me know how it goes if you join in this practice. It can have pretty interesting results.
Pinterest is a great tool for a vision board. I try to stay in bed for about 5-10 minutes before I jump out to start my day. I focus on how my body feels, my breath, and how I want to approach what I need to do for the day.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Robb. Great ideas. I think it's important to check in with yourself before starting the day. Those few minutes are very important.
