Upliftment at Lululemon - Oct. 1st

That's right, I'll be teaching a free, all-level Vinyasa class at Lululemon at the MOA on Saturday, Oct. 1st from 8:30-9:30. Come on downward and get some free yoga to offset the cost of those cute pants that catch your drishti. Bring friends, family and strangers you meet in the parking ramp. Then go to Ikea for a cheap weekend breakfast and smile at what a great morning you've had.
